O&M Agreements – Before 2014

These operation and maintenance agreements are for sites with plans approved before September 2, 2014 and describe the inspection and maintenance requirements for the post-construction BMP per the requirements in the NC Stormwater BMP Manual. For all sites with a wet detention basin, fill out one O&M Agreement per wet detention basin, record the form, and submit a copy to the Town of Mooresville Stormwater Program Specialist. For sites with Post-Construction BMPs other than wet detention basins, you are not required to submit an O&M agreement. However, we are requesting you submit an O&M agreement so we can be better able to assist you with technical questions regarding your BMP and to help us complete an inventory of all BMPs within the town.

O&M Agreements – After 2014

These operation and maintenance agreements are for sites with plans approved after September 2, 2014 and therefore subject to the requirements of the Phase II Post Construction and Illicit Discharge & Connection Ordinance. These agreements detail the inspection and maintenance requirements specific to the BMP based on the NC Stormwater BMP Manual. Fill out one O&M Agreement per BMP on site, record the form, and submit a copy to the Town of Mooresville Stormwater Program Specialist.
