Stretch and Balance Exercise (Thursday October 12 from 1:00PM-2:00PM). Registration is required.

Our class focuses on moving the body with some nice relaxing stretches along with some challenging balancing stretches. Please wear sturdy shoes for this program. This program will take place in the Selma Burke Room, located on the library's main floor.
