MI-Connection is your locally owned and operated cable and Internet system serving the towns of Mooresville, Davidson and Cornelius in the counties of Mecklenburg and Iredell in North Carolina.

MI-Connection is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five voting members and one non-voting member. All Directors serve two-year terms, but are eligible for re-appointment. The towns of Mooresville and Davidson each appoint two voting Directors. The right to appoint a fifth voting Director for a two-year term alternates between the towns of Mooresville and Davidson. The Town of Cornelius may appoint one non-voting Director to represent the interests of the Town of Cornelius. The non-voting Director is not eligible to hold any administrative or other position on the Board.

The MI-Connection Board meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:30 a.m. at MI-Connection offices, 420 South Academy Street in Mooresville. Meetings are open to the public.
