Commercial Construction
Every commercial construction project within the Town Limits must start with a zoning approval. Upon approval, plans must be submitted to the Iredell County Building Inspections Division and the Town’s Fire Marshal’s Office. An Assistant Fire Marshal reviews plans for compliance with the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code.
