Some users have contacted the library with issues of connecting to the Online Catalog. Please contact the Library by phone or through Contact Us if you need assistance. Thank you for your patience.
The Job Assist Portal has been expanded and moved to a NEW Research Section on the web site. Click on the “Research” link on the right to view topics of interest to job seekers, historians, small business owners, students and more.
Welcome to the Mooresville Public Library webpage. This is the virtual presence of the Mooresville Public Library and, hopefully, an accurate reflection of the Mooresville Public Library. Our goal as a public library is to make available the widest possible variety of information and recreational reading and listening material as possible.
We want your participation; we want you as users of the library and of the information on this webpage. We want your ideas. The public library is the people's university. It is the best place to start for learning and research, for a good book, reading or listening, for a movie to watch.
This webpage, in a constant state of evolution, should function as an extension of our services. In this world of instant information and instant communication, we are striving to bring the library to your computer through remote access to NCLive, Net Library, and "Ask a Librarian." When you pose a question, we promise to contact you within three days of your request. We will answer sooner if possible. We welcome your questions and your requests.
The Mooresville Public Library welcomes your comments, your requests, and your presence. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service to our users. It is our hope that "You are welcome here" is a statement that you will associate with your Mooresville Public Library.
Sincerely.
John Pritchard
Library Director
