Minimum Housing Standards

All wood, siding, shingles, roof covering, railings, walls, ceilings, porches, doors, windows, screens and any other exterior parts of residential structures must be maintained in good repair, be weather-tight, rodent proof and in sound condition. Interior walls, ceilings, floors, doors and hardware must also be in good repair and condition. Electrical, heating and plumbing fixtures must be installed in accordance with local building codes and maintained in good and safe condition. View the Minimum Housing Ordinance.
