Community Services Unit

The Community Services Unit under the Patrol Division seeks to enhance community policing within the Town limits and be responsive to the needs of the community. Created in 2007, the Community Services Unit (CSU) strives to build cooperative and trusting relationships, educate and inform citizens with hopes of improving their quality of life, and creating and enhancing partnerships with the citizens of Mooresville. The unit is led by a captain and comprised of School Resource Officers, D.A.R.E. Officer, Traffic Safety Unit and Crime Prevention.
