2. Where is the courthouse in Mooresville?
In Mooresville, court is held in the Iredell County Office Building located at 610 East Center Avenue. Court is NOT held at Mooresville Town Hall.

4. Where is the Clerk of Court's office? What is the phone number?
The Iredell County Clerk of Court is located in the Iredell County Hall of Justice at 201 East Water Street in Statesville. The phone number is 704-878-4204.

5. Does the Mooresville Police Department require an applicant to complete Basic Law Enforcement Training before applying for a police officer's job?
At times, the Police Department may accept applicants that have not graduated from Basic Law Enforcement Training. However, interested applicants should always check the requirements posted with the job announcements.

6. Where is the Department of Motor Vehicles office in Mooresville?
There are two locations. The office that handles vehicle registration and license plates is located at 125-3 North Main Street. The phone number is 704-663-5472. The office that processes drivers licenses is located at 533 Patterson Avenue, Suite 100. The phone number is 704-664-3344.

7. How do I get a copy of an incident or accident report?
To pick up a copy of a report, visit the Mooresville Police Department (750 West Iredell Avenue) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. If you wish to obtain a copy of an accident report online, visit www.policereports.us. Police incident reports cannot be accessed online. If you have questions or want more information, contact the Records & Communications Unit at 704-658-9011.
