Police Department operations are supported by the Records & Communications Unit. These employees are responsible for keeping written and electronic records of all department activities and dispatching calls for service.

To pick up a copy of an incident or accident report, visit the Mooresville Police Department (750 West Iredell Avenue) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. If you wish to obtain a copy of an accident report online, visit www.policereports.us. Police incident reports cannot be accessed online.
